Trip Cost

Our trip to  Walt Disney World will cost $900, based on 41 - 50 students traveling.  If more than 50 students sign up, there will be a slight increase in the price, as we will have to have a second bus.  The $900 can be paid in full, or in monthly installments of ​$225.00. 
You may pay by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
Deposits by check need to be made out to Bowie Choir Department. For your convenience, you may also pay by Credit or Debit Card below, via the Arlington ISD RevTrak payment site. 

 In the event that we do not have 41 students commit to the trip, there will be communication regarding options that are available.

​IN ORDER TO SIGN UP AND PAY FOR THE TRIP, YOUR ACTIVITY FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

(if you have not paid your fee in full, the balance of your fee will be taken from your trip deposit.)

Included in the cost of the trip:
  • Roundtrip Motorcoach transportation via Lone Star Coach.
  • Three nights hotel accommodations at Disney's Pop Century Resort
  • 4-day Park Hopper Pass admission to the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Disney's Hollywood Studios
  • Meal Certificates - one (1) breakfast and one (1) dinner certificate for each day in the park. Dinner consists of the following: 1 combo meal (entree, side dish, and single-serving non-alcoholic beverage)
  • All applicable taxes and fees.

NOT included in the cost of the trip:
  • Meals while on the bus (Overnight March 7) to Orlando, and on the bus (Overnight March 11) to Arlington.
  • Snacks, and third meal during the daytime while at Walt Disney World (if you choose to eat)
  • Souvenirs
